Max Powers’ workshops range from Yoga 101 basics, to in-depth sessions combining breath, meditation and a full yoga practice.
Her retreats are similar, but expanded over a long weekend, focused on overall wellness, including teaching various tools to carry with you back at home. She partners with experts in yoga, health, wellness, breath, reiki and healthy eating to offer broad workshops and retreats around the globe.

Max Powers offers private one-on-one and group classes to individuals of all levels of yoga experience. As a former collegiate athlete, her classes are focused on key body areas of focus to build strength or flexibility to help with legacy injuries or strength for sport development like golf and running, as well as proper breathing and meditation techniques. Max also understands that sitting at a desk all day introduces other unique challenges, and will work with you to target those tight and stuff areas.
Her group classes are catered to everything from corporate offsites and team building events to bachelorette/bachelor parties. She will get your group moving and caters to all levels so that each individual takes something away from the experience.
Whether you’re new to yoga, or you want a challenging flow as a group to get your butt kicked, Max Powers will leave you feeling balanced, strong and accomplished as you go about your day.

Max Powers designs and records customized sessions for clients to use for themselves at home or while on the road. Whether it’s a session to slowly go through the basic yoga poses to teach you the basics to build confidence or learn proper form, or a customized full Vinyasa flow, she takes the time to understand what your body needs and designs a fun session just for you. It’s like bringing your yoga instructor home with you!
Max offers single sessions, as well as monthly subscriptions (with a new class delivered each month). She works interactively to get feedback and constantly improve each session to challenge your unique body and spirit needs to take you to the next level. All prior sessions remain accessible and are downloadable to take with you. She has a variety of options to choose from.
