Power Vinyasa Flow

Set to music, Power Vinyasa Flow classes are a blend of challenging, fun, & stretch. Did I mention challenging?

You’ll definitely feel like you accomplished something. These classes blend more complex flows and postures with a deep exploration of self. The practice centers on combinations of asanas, primarily set to upbeat music, with some silence during breath and shavasana. This class is designed for those who wish to challenge themselves both physically and mentally.  

 

Vinyasa Flow

45 MINUTES • 60 MINUTES • 75 MINUTES

Similar to Max’s Power Vinyasa Flow class, Vinyasa Flow is a total body workout and release for the mind and spirit, just taken down a notch to include more breath, longer poses and stretches.

Unable to escape Max’s upbeat personality, you will come out feeling strong, positive and ready to kick your day’s butt.

 

Yoga 101

New to yoga? Book a Yoga 101 session with Max to learn the basics. She will spend time with you learning your level of yoga and/or fitness in general, and taylor a class to meet your needs. Many attendees book Yoga 101 class after advancing in their yoga practice and realizing they’ve never learned the basics. This helps to prevent injury and also builds strength in knowledge heading into sessions throughout your community.

Book a Yoga 101 class if you’re new and interested in yoga, or just want a refresh or focus on the basics. Max will design a class to meet your current level.
